Capturing the beauty in my everyday life brings me such joy. By looking to my garden, home and family, I find never-ending inspiration. Each painting is my attempt to celebrate real life as I see it. May it remind you to stop and enjoy the intricate world around you.
After graduating with a B.A. in Art History cum laude from Northern Illinois University, life took me on a wonderful adventure with my husband and fellow artist, Jonathan Sabella. Moving from the Prairie State to the West Coast allowed me more time to develop my passion for drawing and painting. For many years, I licensed and sold my whimsical design-work, True Spirit Art, all over the world. My current work is hand-painted in Procreate, primarily using one brush, gouache.
When not immersed in my art, I love spending time with my husband and beautiful children.
